These Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
The Service provides: (a) an AI-powered assistant that generates conversational responses, and (b) a community forum where users may post questions, share experiences, and discuss topics related to parenting, relationships, and personal well‑being.

● Upload or disclose any personal information about minors.

● Interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access.
● Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
3.2 Community Guidelines
Users are expected to engage respectfully. We may, at our sole discretion, remove content or suspend accounts that violate this Agreement or community standards.
4. AI-Generated Content
The AI assistant provides automated responses that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or reflect general patterns rather than personalized advice.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
● AI outputs are not professional or expert advice.
● You should not rely on AI responses for decisions involving health, safety, relationships, legal issues, or financial matters.
● You assume full responsibility for how you use or interpret AI-generated content.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you post (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, and otherwise process your User Content as necessary to provide, operate, improve, and promote the Service.
5.2 Monitoring and Enforcement
We do not pre-screen all User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates this Agreement or poses risk to other users or the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service—including text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, and design—is owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any content—whether generated by AI or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
● We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
● Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
● Your use or misuse of the Service;
● Your violation of this Agreement;
● Your User Content.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates this Agreement or threatens safety or integrity of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated.
12.2 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Service.
12.3 Amendments
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations. We may assign this Agreement at our discretion.
12.5 Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
12.6 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing herein creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
12.7 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
12.8 Electronic Signatures
Your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
12.9 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
This Agreement does not confer rights on any third party.
